Hilary Duff was seen  with some goodies on her hand during an afternoon shopping spree in the Meatpacking District of New York City.

The Star Lizzie McGuire was wearing a black and white striped top with a pair of micro jean shorts as she bought a pair of shades at Artsee before checking out the clothes at Scoop boutique.
